1. Overview

Welcome to Flak’d LLC (“Flak’d,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using flakdseets.com or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users located in North Carolina.

2. Ordering and Payment

• Orders are placed and paid for through our website, which is hosted on Wix.

• We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods offered through Wix’s secure payment system.

• Payment is required in full at checkout.

• Orders are prepared for pickup only. We do not ship products at this time.

3. Pickup Policy

• All orders must be picked up at the location, date, and time selected during checkout or provided by Flak’d LLC.

• If you cannot make your scheduled pickup, please contact us at flakdllc@gmail.com as soon as possible.

• Orders not picked up during the scheduled window may not be eligible for refund.

4. Refund Policy

We want every customer to love their order.
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• We are unable to fulfill your order due to an internal error or supply issue.

• You contact us before pickup and we agree to cancel your order.

All other sales are final, as our baked goods are made to order and perishable.

5. Product Information & Allergens

Our baked goods are made by hand using ingredients that may contain or come in contact with:

• Milk, butter, eggs, gluten (wheat), and occasionally tree nuts.

We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution before consuming our products.
